We provide junk removal, cleanouts, light demolition, hauling, and related services across Melrose, Middleton, Medford, and the Greater Boston area. All services are scheduled in advance, and we provide free, no-obligation estimates before any work begins.

Estimates and Payments

Pricing is based on the type and volume of materials removed, as well as accessibility. Final costs may differ if the actual load or project scope varies from the original estimate. Payment is due upon completion by cash, card, or check unless prior arrangements are made in writing.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. If a crew has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply.

Items We Cannot Take

We do not handle hazardous or prohibited items. This includes chemicals, fuels, paint, asbestos, pressurized tanks, biohazard waste, and other materials restricted by law. If job conditions are unsafe or noncompliant, our crew reserves the right to refuse or modify the service.

Our team treats all property and items with care. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean Freak LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability, if any, is limited to the total amount paid for the service performed.
